On Saturday, I were invited to play golf with an old friend, and then Melody joined us for a visit and dinner. The dinner was take out from the local rib joint, that was very interesting. It's done the old fashion way with wood under these large drawersand they are loaded with chicken and ribs. Then they rub BBQ all over with some bread that we don't know why hey use it, but it's GOOD!
Since we are here most of the time, Melody decided we should do some landscaping. Here are shots of both sides with our plants and mulch.

Wow...the flowers look great...just like home! We're missing you guys and hope we cross paths this summer while I'm in Illinois.

So where is this rib place? You should try some of the seaweed and other "stuff" here in Okinawa :)
