After being camped for 2 week, we started moving again. The first shot is with friends on a bike ride to Balltown Iowa to Breitbachs Rest. t was the oldest bar/restaurant in Iowa until it burned last year. They rebuilt, and the food and place was great. Mostly, the ride there and back is even more fun. We were joined by the Brandt's, and Lee's for a great day and evening of riding and eating.

We the drove our rig to Lacrosse WI, and connected with old friends Dave and Sue Wiersbe for a round a golf, quilt shop touring, and driving up and down the Mississippi. This shot is the landing where you catch a ferry out on the river to a floating restaurant. This was filmed by Alton Brown for the food network. This was in Alma Wis.

We stopped on the Minnasota side at a toy factory, wondered thru the museum, and looked at the toys thy sell. One item was demonstrated by a worker, so grammy tried it, and we had to have one for the grand kids.
We left there, and drove south to Baraboo WI, where we used to live. We visited with lots of friends while there. Here are Gary and Linda Buhr, fellowRVr's, and looking for a volunteer idea.
Then we had dinner with our former pastor and his wife Dave and Anne Hutchens. If you have a minute, pray for Dave as he is on a heart transplant list. We saw others, but didn't get pic's.

Then on Sat, we met Chris & Em in Madison, and went to a Badger game. This shot is a bunch of Baraboo friends that all sit together, and have since we started going to the game over 15 years ago.

Looks like you've had a chance to connect with a lot of old friends...what a joy to have people in your life that you've created such memories with! I've already started praying for your former pastor, Dave Hutchins. He'll be on my prayer list, so keep me updated.
Wow, you guys sure have been busy! I was surprised to see you still in the area yesterday. I'm glad you had some good visits, but I'm sure it will be good to get on the road again.
